Courses (Tribhuvan University)

Admission / Eligibility

B.Sc CSIT

• The candidate must have a +2 degree or its equivalent in science, physics, and mathematics with 100-100 full marks at the certificate level, as well as a minimum grade point average of C or second division in each subject. Or,
• A level: The candidate must have taken science courses in physics and mathematics with a minimum grade of D in each subject and 100-100 total marks. Or,
• CTEVT- Candidates with a diploma are required to have taken physics and mathematics courses worth 100 to 100 points and received a second division. Or,
• Foreign Universities: Applicants must have obtained an equivalence certificate from the Curriculum Development Center for the appropriate level.
• Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by Tribhuvan University.

BCA

• Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D with a CGPA of 2.0 or higher. Or,
• Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
• You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. But you must submit a passed certificate of grade 11 and grade 12 at the time of admission.
• Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by Tribhuvan University.

BBS

• Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D with a CGPA of 1.6. Or,
• Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
• You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. At the time of admission, however, you must present their grade 11 and grade 12 passing certificates.
• Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by the college

BBM / BIM / BBA

• Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D with a CGPA of 1.8 or higher. Or,
• Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
• Students awaiting their grade 11 and grade 12 results are also eligible to apply. However, individuals must have grade 11 and grade 12 completion certificates while applying.
• Pass the Entrance Exam (CMAT) conducted by Tribhuvan University.

MBS

• The candidate applying for admission into the MBS program must have successfully completed BBs from TU or any university recognized by TU. Or,
• Candidates from any stream who have passed a Bachelor’s Degree from TU or a University recognized by TU are eligible. 

Scholarship

Prime College has given scholarships to students who have excelled in academics, athletics, and extracurricular activities. Prime offers a work experience-based scholarship to MBS students who have previously undertaken professional employment. Merit-based The college provides scholarships to encourage students to improve their academic performance.

The college provides low-income students with bachelor’s degree scholarships in addition to the aforementioned programs.

About Prime College

The Prime College is situated in Khusibun, Nayabazar, Kathmandu. It is one of the first colleges with IT capabilities. The college has outstanding amenities and beautifully appointed rooms.

In addition, it is proud of the accomplishments of its alumni who have made a name for themselves globally. It has been successful in making a name for itself as a source of very skilled people in the market.
