Admission Procedure

The admission process of Islington College is divided into four parts.

1. Counselling

In this process, you need to visit the college with your friends or guardians. A group of experienced student counselors and personal academic advisors will be available to help you understand the program’s offers.

You are often invited to take part in a “College Tour” during which you will be given a comprehensive overview of the college and its efforts to create a positive learning environment for its students.

2. Application

After you decide to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Islington college, you need to visit the college to fill out the college and university application forms. You must ensure that you completely understand the terms and conditions of acceptance for any degree program, as well as the methods for paying College and University Fees and the Refund Policy.

You need to bring the following documents with you to the college admission office.

  • Original copy of highest attained academic qualifications (e.g. SEE, NEB 10+2, ‘A’ Level, CBSE certificate)
  • Original copy of citizenship certificate or passport

The admissions team members will photocopy the provided documents and verify them as true copies against the originals. If the genuine copy of the official document is not presented at the time of application, the institution reserves the right to refuse any application.

You must also pay a small application fee to the college for this purpose. College admissions officers will quickly review your academic credentials to determine your eligibility. If you met the standard admission requirements for the bachelor’s degree, the college will be able to provide you with a conditional acceptance offer for enrollment.

3. Acceptance Criteria

The completed application forms and documentation will also be submitted to London Metropolitan University for final approval, and the college will notify you of the evaluation results within the next 3 to 5 working days.

If your application is approved and accepted, you will be notified by email or phone to come to the college as soon as possible to complete your registration. If the university does not approve your application, the college will notify and advise you or your guardian.

4. Registration

You must come to the college right away to complete your registration. If you do not complete the registration procedure within 5 working days of obtaining the evaluation findings from the University, the college reserves the right to reject your registration.

Between the college and you, an official student contract will be prepared, acknowledged, and signed. You will then pay your college fees and receive an invoice for your university fees.
