Eligibility / Admission
BBA / BBA-BI
- Candidate must have passed the Grade 12 Examination with a minimum GPA of 1.8 with at least a D grade in each subject in Grade 11 and Grade 12. Or,
- Completed Higher Secondary or Intermediate Examination with Minimum Second Division.
- Pass (50%) the written exam and interview conducted by the college (Pokhara University).
MBA
- Completed Bachelor’s from any faculty from a recognized board with minimum second division.
Scholarship
For MBA
First Trimester: Scholarships for the first trimester will be awarded to students who excelled in the previous level, entrance exam, group discussion, and interview.
Second to Sixth Trimester: Scholarships for the second through sixth trimesters will be awarded depending on the preceding trimester’s results. Scholarships are only awarded to University or College graduates. Deserving students can only apply for one scholarship at a time. If there are two or more top scorers, the scholarship will be distributed on a pro-rata basis.

First Semester: Scholarship for First Semester Scholarship will be granted up to 100% to those students who have distinguished themselves in the previous level based on the following criteria.

Second to Eight Semester: Scholarships will be awarded for the second through eighth semesters based on the preceding semester’s results. Scholarships will be awarded solely to the top three candidates — either university or college topper. Deserving students can only apply for one scholarship at a time.

Excel Business College is located in Lakhechaur Marg, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is affiliated with Pokhara University. Facilities
Computer Lab: Excel Business College is outfitted with cutting-edge instructional technology. It has a well-managed computer lab with an adequate number of desktop computers. We’ve been employing multimedia tools in the classroom to supplement our instruction. The Excel community has access to the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Library: The library contains a good selection of basic books (textbooks) and reference materials. Books are loaned to students and academic members. Our library service and documentation center benefits from the availability of selected national and international journals, study reports, audio video CDs, periodicals, newspapers, and other reference materials.
Co-Curricular Activities: Excel Business College hosts a variety of sports including TT, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Football, and Cricket. Debates, writing competitions, seminars, conferences, workshops, guest lectures, and other events are also held on a regular basis.
Power Back-Up: Excel Business College installed a 20 KVA generator to address the issue of power shortage/load-shedding in the classroom and computer lab. This generator ensures continuous power supply.
Canteen: Throughout the day, the college offers a nice and clean canteen that delivers sanitary meals at a reasonable price.
