1. Saral Shikshya BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Book

First, we have Saral Shikshya BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Book. Finally, Saral Shikshya published its 6th edition after the success of its 4th Edition. I used its 4th edition for my own preparation and I found the book has some errors in its answer key. But in this new edition, they have updated the content and corrected the mistakes of their previous edition.

The book includes complete TU. IOST Syllabus for BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Examination. Similarly, it contains chapter-wise content as well as Multiple Choice questions (MCQ) which help students to prepare better for their entrance examination. Also, it has 15 different Mock test questions with answer keys which is another plus point for any students appearing in the entrance examination.

This book is priced at NPR 1099 and can be purchased via Daraz and different stationery all over Nepal.

2. Binary CSIT Entrance Preparation Book

The book has been written by the toppers of Amrit Science Campus. It has all the past questions of CSIT entrance. Likewise, it has enough theory to help you crack the BSc CSIT Entrance. Each chapter has over 25 MCQs. It also has 10+ model questions. You can purchase the Binary BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Book at NPR 925 via Daraz and other Book shops all around Nepal.

3. Patan CS Community CSIT Entrance Preparation Book

The next one is the CSIT Entrance Preparation Book from the Patan Technical Society and Patan CS Community. The book contains subject-wise Theories of each subject (English, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry) Likewise it includes chapter-wise questions as well as TUIOST old Questions to help you better prepare for BSc CSIT Entrance. 

The books have enough mock test questions to boost your confidence. It is available at Daraz at NPR 856 and you can get it at different stationery as well. 

4. Code for Change CSIT Entrance Preparation Book

Code for Change has also its BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Book. It is their second edition and will be continuing the same for the year 2079 as well. Like other books, it also has a chapter-wise theory and chapter-wise MCQs. The book has old question collections and model questions as well. It is available for purchase via Daraz at 735 and other bookstores all over Nepal. 

6. B.Sc.CSIT Entrance Preparation Book By CSIT Association

At last, we have the IOS entrance preparation book from CSIT Association. The book has 293 pages and comes with chapter-wise theory and questions. It includes various question sets and all old entrance questions as well.

None of these publishers has published the PDF version of the BSc CSIT Entrance Preparation Book. If they publish, they will surely update you.
