Admission Process

Make an inquiry or Book a School Tour: You are invited to make an inquiry or organize a school visit. You will create your admissions account with Xavier International School here.
Submit an application and pay the application fee: Following a school tour, the admissions team will provide you with a document checklist. Upload all necessary documents and pay the application cost. Wait for additional instructions from the school regarding the status of your application.
Schedule an interview/ assessment and/or a classroom visit: Their admissions team will contact the student and invite them to an interview and/or testing. You might be invited to attend a class visit.
Application review and seat offer: Applicants who accept an admission offer must confirm their acceptance within two weeks. The additional checklist elements and relevant costs must be fulfilled in order to obtain the offered seat. The details will be provided by the admissions staff.
Enrollment Welcome Appointment: Their admissions team will plan a welcoming appointment with the family 3 to 5 days before the child’s first day of school. About Lumbini Engineering College

Lumbini Engineering College (LEC) was established in 2000 AD. It is located in Tilottama-7, Bhalwari (Rupandehi) Nepal. It was started by a team of people with extensive knowledge and dedication to contemporary, scientific, and technical education to decentralize engineering education and eliminate the need for technical education overseas.

As a result of this academic expansion, this umbrella institution established Lumbini Engineering Management & Science College (Affiliated to Pokhara University) to run Master’s and Bachelor of Engineering Level programs, while restricting Lumbini Engineering College (Affiliated to CTEVT) to Diploma Level Programs only.

The institute is located west of the Siddhartha highway, between the fast-growing towns of Butwal and Bhairahawa, near Bhalwari, Karahiya VDC, Rupandehi. It is 12 kilometers from Butwal and 11 kilometers from Bhairahawa. It is acquiring 2.5 Bighaha of land here to build its physical and academic infrastructures.

Admission Process / Eligibility

+2 Management

Eligibility: Students seeking admission to GCM must have a minimum 2.4 GPA in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE).

Entrance Test: Students must take the college’s entrance exam as scheduled. The exam includes questions in Mathematics, English, Nepali, and General Knowledge.

Interview: After passing the entrance exam, each candidate is invited to an interview.

Final result for Admission: The weighted average of the entrance exam, interview, and SEE marks is used to calculate the final admission result for successful candidates.

BBS

Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 1.8. Or,
Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. At the time of admission, however, they must present their grade 11 and grade 12 passing certificates.
Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by the college.

MBS

You must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree from TU or any institution recognized by TU.
Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by TU / College.

About Global College of Management

Global College of Management (GCM) is located in Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. GCM provides a +2 Management program that combines a variety of skill development curricula in a physically and technologically rich environment. The premises at GCM are finely designed and have state-of-the-art infrastructure. They are surrounded by a huge complex. Internal settings with interiors are designed to provide abundant access to advanced physical, technological, and academic facilities required to support the daily curriculum as well as extra-curricular events.

GCM provides regular classes in conjunction with its everyday curricula under the +2 Management degree in both morning and day shifts. The primary goal of running the classes in two shifts is to meet the growing number of students seeking admission to GCM.

Admission / Eligibility

BBA

Candidate must have passed the Grade 12 Examination with a minimum GPA of 1.8 with at least a D grade in each subject in Grade 11 and Grade 12. Or
Completed Higher Secondary or Intermediate Examination with Minimum Second Division

BCA

Candidates must have passed the NEB Class 12 examination or an equivalent level test from a recognized academic institution.
Candidates must have completed a course (at least 100 full marks or 5 credits) in Mathematics (Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Applied Mathematics) or Computer Science/Computer Application in a NEB or comparable SLCE (class 11 or class 12) examination.
Candidates must have a minimum of 45% or a CGPA/GPA of 2.0 (on a scale of 4.0) and at least Grade C (or Grade D in the case of A-level) or 45% in Mathematics/Computer Science. Other courses do not have a minimum threshold of Grade C (in the case of A level, Grade D) or 45%.

BE

Candidates must have passed the NEB Class 12 examination or an equivalent level test from a recognized academic institution.
Candidates must have completed at least one course in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (with at least 100 full marks or 5 credits).
Candidates must have a minimum of 45% or a CGPA/GPA of 2.0 (on a scale of 4.0) and at least Grade C (or Grade D in the case of A-level) or 45% in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).

MCIS

BIT/BCA/BCIS/BIM or equivalent (with a minimum 2.0 CGPA or Second Division) from a Pokhara University-accredited university.

ME

Candidates holding a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a 2.0/4 CGPA (in second division) or higher from universities recognized by Pokhara University are deemed eligible for admission to the M. Sc. CE program.

MSc

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of engineering, computer science, or B. Sc. (Physics/Statistics/Math) with a 2.0/4 CGPA (in second division) or higher from universities recognized by Pokhara University are eligible to apply.

Scholarship

Pokhara University Scholarship

According to Pokhara University rules, the college awards scholarships to qualified students. Scholarships in this category are awarded to 10% of the annual student intake.

NCIT Scholarships

The College awards scholarships based on the student’s combined +2/equivalent and NCIT Entrance Test scores.

Performance Scholarships

Students who obtain an SGPA of 4 in any semester receive full scholarships (no semester fees) for the next semester.

NCIT additionally rewards students who rank first or second in their class.
